Cody Hall joined Schneider & Onofry in 2000 as a partner and practices in all aspects of general tort law with an emphasis on medical malpractice defense. He was previously a partner at a large Phoenix Law Firm where he practiced for ten years. His practice focuses on the defense of doctors, nurses, other healthcare professionals and institutions. He has extensive experience defending companies and individuals for alleged violations of the Arizona Adult Protective Services Act. He also represents insureds and commercial self-insureds involved in premises liability claims with an emphasis on liability for criminal actions occurring on the premises. Cody also practices before the Arizona Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the State of Arizona.
